BETHANY BEACH HOUSE UPDATE
Remodeled this 1970's beach house with a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new deck on the front and enclosed porch on the back.
Installed new kitchen cabinets, electric and tile flooring.

RESTORED CHESAPEAKE BAY VICTORIAN
This home suffered extensive water damage from frozen pipes. Working with the homeowner, we took this opportunity to create updated private bathrooms by reconfiguring bed and bathroom designs.  Damage required replacing first floor ceilings and flooring.
New flooring, drywall, mechanicals, leveled living and dining room floor and ceiling.
Built new powder room, refinished stairway.
Removed plaster to expose original beams and mortise and tenon structure.

EXPANDED TRINITY HOUSE REHAB
This project required extensive rehab to integrate the original house with the front and rear additions constructed over the years. Renovations included new HVAC, plumbing, electric, drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathrooms.
HISTORIC WEST CHESTER HOME RENOVATION
Brought this home from the early 1900's to the 2000's with an open space design, new kitchen, new bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors, and exposed the plaster-covered brick.
